For many of us, conversations about pronouns are commonplace. For some, this is still a relatively new topic and opportunity for growth. Using someone’s personal pronouns is a vital way to respect a person’s identity and truth, and it is critical to creating an inclusive environment. Whether this is a refresher for you or an opportunity to learn more about using personal pronouns correctly, please take time to check out the links below. These are just a few resources, and I encourage you to explore more and further educate yourself. Knowledge is power, and together we can become better allies for those that we work with, those that we care for, and for our greater community. In hopes to continue learning, unlearning and growing together in our compassionate humanness, let’s honor folks’ correct pronouns!
